West Suburban Industrials Filling Up

CHICAGO—NAI Hiffman recently helped High Street Realty Co. complete four transactions in the region totaling over 280,000 square feet.

chi-foster ave High Street sold 1001 Foster Ave., a 79,670-square-foot building in Bensenville, to United Business Mail.

CHICAGO—Land is scarce in Central DuPage, and with demand holding steady, the vacancy rate has remained among the lowest in the metro area. And High Street Realty Co. just signed several renewals with its tenants there, continuing a solid run of deals for the submarket.  

At 419 Village Dr. in Carol Stream, High Street signed a 51,010-square-foot lease renewal with Supply Technologies, LLC. In addition, ICP Industrial Inc. renewed its lease for 74,800 square feet at 1600 Glenlake Ave. in Itasca.
